Our founding
Machado Finish Carpentry was founded by Emilly Machado and Rodrigo Machado in 2024. Mrs. Emilly is an entrepreneur with a diverse and rich background in business administration and finance management. She graduated with honors from the University of Southern Santa Catarina in Brazil, where she was awarded for her outstanding academic performance and published a research article on cost management.
Her early career involved various roles in financial products customer service, and administration where she excelled and earned multiple awards for her excellence in service and goal achievement.
Her career is marked by a strong blend of practical experience, academic excellence, and a passion for eco-friendly and leading impactful, community-driven initiatives.
Her passion for eco-friendly building practices and her desire to contribute to community recovery efforts after natural disasters have driven her to launch her own business venture, Machado Finish Carpentry.
